Cooking Class: Cook Canadian-Indian Fusion Foods

Culinary artistry starts with flavor fusion and in this cooking class, Chef Rahul will teach you how to combine the culinary traditions of Canada and India. You'll learn inspiring new recipes and valuable skills from a culinary expert!


You will begin by exploring the flavors of Indian spices with a spiced leek and lentil soup before puréeing spiced strawberries to pair with tender Burrah lamb chops. Next, add some texture to the menu with a steak rubbed in pepper and served with crispy curry leaves. Finally, indulge in a classic, creamy rice pudding for dessert.
