Team Building Activity: Craft Spanish Cuisine
Journey to Spain with this hands-on team building activity. Under the guidance of Chef Jayne, you will design beloved Spanish fare in a four-course meal. Explore Spanish flavors as you craft cod and leek fritters with salt cod, leeks, shallots and potatoes. Create Spanish paella with chicken, shrimp, fluffy Spanish rice, tomatoes and onion. Gently continue with a palate-cleansing arugula salad. Then, complete your class with a scrumptious and sweet caramel flan made of eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla.
