Awesome!! This was by far the highlight of our time in Barcelona - and all of our travels in Europe, for that matter. Chef Luke was exceptional and provided incredible instructions. The spectacular view from his patio and the wood-fire grilled paella were all spectacular. We were fortunate enough that Chef Luke was able to secure some super fresh red shrimp, too - a delicacy of the area and incredibly delicious. There is no question that you have to book a class with Chef Luke!
Chef Luke, who started his culinary career at 18, has always felt at home in the kitchen, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine since his childhood. By the age of 20, he had become a head chef and later opened a delivery-only restaurant to support his community during the pandemic downturn. Nothing gives Chef Luke greater joy than creating delicious food and teaching his secrets to his passionate students.
