You're in for an Italian dream with this exciting cooking class led by seasoned expert Chef Warren. This immersive course will teach you how to make pizza completely from scratch, plus a drool-worthy pasta salad and a decadent dessert pizza.
You'll start this class by rolling up your sleeves to mix and shape your homemade dough. Once it's ready, build your pizza with a selection of mouthwatering toppings, including an array of proteins and veggies, mozzarella, colby jack and goat cheeses, and marinara or barbecue sauce. Awaken your inner chef and get creative! You'll also make a pesto pasta caprese salad that will become a staple side dish for your home-cooked meals. End the perfect evening with a gooey s'mores pizza.

Pizza Dough From Scratch
With bread flour, yeast and water

With cavatappi pasta, mozzarella and tomatoes

Meet your chef
A certified dietary manager and member of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Warren has over 10 years of experience as a culinary professional. After finishing his culinary arts internship, he went on to work in management and director roles in food service. Chef Warren is also proud to have helped many inmates graduate from a cooking program intended to help offenders develop skills in the food industry.
