Chef Itztli is an absolute pleasure to be around and is so much fun to cook with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about making exciting and unbelievably delicious food. He’s an excellent teacher that makes the process of cooking easy to follow and execute. The food you make with Itztli will be something you think about often and will keep wanting to make again
