HOST: SERVICE STANDARDS
All users of the Classpop! platform expect a high-quality experience. As a Host, you agree to maintain a certain level of quality of service in order to continue using the Classpop! platform and maintain access to Classpop!’s network. Classpop! reserves the right to terminate your access to its platform if the service you provide to other users of Classpop! falls below the industry standard for like services in your region, as determined by Classpop! in its good faith discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misrepresenting that you have performed certain services when you have not.
- Unreasonably or excessively canceling or otherwise failing to attend events during a time frame for which you had previously confirmed your availability.
- Failing to complete services that you have agreed to perform through the Classpop! platform.
- Repeated failures to adhere to Classpop!’s Late Arrival or Cancellation policies.
- Excessive or unreasonable denials of bookings of events on times for which you had indicated you are available on the platform.
- Excessive or unreasonable failures to communicate with Classpop! staff or with guests.
- Activities that result in repeated and/or serious complaint(s) from other users of the Classpop! platform who contact Classpop! to report your services as incomplete, unsafe, unprofessional, or otherwise in violation of Classpop!’s standards or harmful to Classpop!’s reputation.
- Failing to comply with the rules of third-party venues hosting events.
- Soliciting a guest, while a booking is pending, from working directly with you away from the Classpop! platform.
- Improperly changing booking parameters without prior written agreement from guests.
