Cooking Class: Make Creamy Pesto-Topped Gnocchi
Learn to turn out your own delicate gnocchi for a fresh take on Italian dining in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Legina is ready and waiting to share her secrets for creating this delicious alternative to traditional pasta.
You'll use a blend of potatoes, flour and eggs to create homestyle dough and turn it into a batch of the freshest gnocchi in town. Then, turn your attention to the topping, a blend of earthy pesto with the goodness of fresh basil and silky cream sauce featuring tender mushrooms.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed the food and how intimate the class was! I wish there was more opportunity to be hands on with the food. Most of the time it felt like a cooking show rather than a class. I loved the teachers though and their personalities shined!
