Cooking Class: Make Pizza the Sicilian Way

In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about the art of cooking the Italian way with the helpful guidance of Chef Damon. Damon is an award-winning Chef, passionate about sharing his culinary skills after years of experience. Together, you will create a five-star menu that begins with seas scallop stuffed roasted red peppers and ends with a classic tiramisĂą. Between you will learn how to make fresh pizza dough in order to assemble two flavorful pizzas, a Ricotta and fontina pizza, and a Sicilian pizza.

Stuffed Roasted Peppers With Pesto

With sea scallops, garlic, white wine, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, homemade focaccia and mixed greens


Ricotta & Fontina Pizza

With wild mushrooms, fresh oregano, fresh garlic, Fontina cheese, ricotta cheese and fresh tomato sauce


Sicilian Pizza

With eggplant, capers, mozzarella cheese, Pecorino cheese, black olives and fresh tomatoes


TiramisĂą

With mascarpone cheese, Kahlua, ladyfingers and bittersweet chocolate
