Cooking Class: Making Fresh Mediterranean Cuisine

You'll be feeling the sea breeze while cooking fresh Mediterranean dishes in this engaging cooking class. Chef David will teach you the culinary techniques and recipes to craft this cuisine.


To begin the class, create a fattoush salad of mixed greens topped with Persian cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Next, make a hummus from scratch flavored with lemon and garlic. 


Then, make savory chicken gyros on fresh pita bread topped with tomatoes, olives and a creamy tzatziki sauce. Finish the meal with an indulgent pistachio baklava with crispy phyllo dough for dessert.
