Cooking Class: Master Tantalizing Thai Cuisine
Immerse your senses in the mouthwatering aromas and flavors of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Thailand native Chef Krog will teach you how to combine fresh ingredients and spices with a flavorful Thai flair. She'll also help you master basic culinary techniques to use in your own kitchen!
For your first course, you will make Laab gai, a sumptuous chicken dish flavored with a spicy, tangy lime juice. Moo pad prik is your next course; your choice of pork or chicken simmered with bell peppers and drizzled in a black pepper sauce. You'll also create a luxurious, sweet massaman curry chicken dish. For dessert, enjoy a Thai favorite: sticky rice served with sweet mango and a hint of coconut.
