Cooking Class: Mediterranean Vegan Fare

Discover vegan Mediterranean cuisine during this immersive cooking class. World-class Chef Maggie will guide you through the simple switch from classic recipes to plant-based ingredients. Start with beet hummus and homemade pita bread, follow it up with falafel in a pita pocket with fresh vegetables. Continue your meal with a main course of baba ganoush with eggplant. Finish your four-course meal with a dessert of dates stuffed with yogurt, cashews and vanilla extract for a sweet hint of flavor.

Very fun experience Chef Maggie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind to everyone! Fresh ingredients made the gnocchi and sauces delicious. Will definitely be trying at home.🙂
