First, you'll whip up a savory pork and vegetable filling for dim sum dumplings. Plus practice folding and pleating the dumplings before steaming them to perfection. Then, make classic potstickers with smokey pork and juicy chicken fillings and pan-fry them until golden and crispy. Finally, make authentic jiaozi dumplings with succulent chicken and fresh vegetables. Indulge in your feast and take your new skills into your own kitchen.

Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.

What an amazing class - relaxing and down to earth. The chef was friendly and the instructions were so easy to follow. Learned a lot! Class is held in a spacious area, so you won't be cramped in a stuffy room! 100% recommend signing up for this extra special experience!
